Lizcabs and Liz’s Private Hire operate on a prebooking service only. All quotes are fixed price unless the customer changes the route or time.

 

Refund Policy

If a deposit or full payment has been paid in advance (at the discretion of operator) Full refund will be issued on the following grounds

  • Prepaid bookings notified 24 hours prior to the actual pick up time.
  • If the passenger missed a flight and informed us in advance either by phone or by email.
  • Medical exceptions with proof.
  • Extreme circumstances causing disruption to travel, eg Civil conflict, War or natural disasters.
  • Flight or train cancelled

 

No refund will be issued for following.

  • If the passenger books for wrong date/wrong flight number or other misleading information.
  • If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick up address without informing us for any reason.
  • If the scheduled pick up is delayed by more than 15 mins and we pull away. (Not applicable to Airports and docks.)

Any prebooked regular accounts held with Lizcabs will be charged at full cost unless 24 hours notice is given.  

 

Airports & Docks

 

All airport arrivals will include 1 hour waiting time and parking in the quoted price after the flight has landed, thereafter we charge an additional £5 for every 15 minutes plus excess parking costs.


Bank Holidays and out of hours (11pm– 7am)


Additional charges applied on 25th/26th December and 1st of January and out of hours.
